Two creative students chat, rant, and laugh our way through the books and films we adore… and the ones we do not. Expect chaotic deep-dives into book-to-film adaptations, hot takes on storytelling, and plenty of behind-the-scenes gossip from our own creative projects. With the occasional cameo from guests who actually know what they’re doing, this podcast is equal parts industry insight, creative chaos, and unfiltered fun. Perfect for anyone who loves stories—and doesn’t mind a bit of academic-fuelled drama along the way.
Our Story
Olivia, an English literature student who wants to become an author, and Joseph, an Independent Filmmaking student who wants to become a director, have been friends for over 10 years. Liv likes to post funny stories of here book updates on her private story and myself and many of her friends told her "You should do a podcast!". We would talk about it, "it would be so cool to talk about books and film we like" "What if we talked about how books are adapted into film?". We finally said "F**k It! Let's do it!".
